Delegate Program Trial Period - Application Thread

The PIP-54-Delegate Program Trial Period was approved, which established the instruction of a 3-month pilot delegation program. For all the details, we suggest you read the proposal.

In accordance with the next steps established therein:

  • Today, Wednesday, November 27th, 2024 starts a 7-day period for any delegate willing to participate to apply in this thread.
  • Applications close on Wednesday, December 4th, 2024.

It is essential that delegates wishing to participate meet the two following conditions during this 7-day period:

  • Create a Delegate Thread in the Delegation section of the forum, which should include the items established in the approved proposal. If you have already created your Delegation Threat, please adapt it to the approved template within this 7-day period.
    - Name:
    - Wallet Address:
    - Snapshot Delegation Profile Page (and complete it):
    - Contact Information (website and/or mail and/or social media, etc.):
    - Introduction (Unipersonal or representing an organization, background, expertise, WoW and any relevant information)
    - Driver and Values (reasons of why to become a ParaswapDAO delegate, objectives, aspirations)
    - COI Disclosure (Inform potential conflict of interests and if you are currently a delegate in any other DAO)
  • State in this thread your willingness to apply for the 3-month delegate trial program. There is no pre-established formulas, it is sufficient any manifestation that undoubtedly externalises the willingness to apply.

To the ends of the Program Trial only applications in this thread within the 7 day period prior the 3 month trial will be considered. Delegates who present themselves after such period may apply for a second round if the continuity of the program is approved.

Important dates:

  • Program Trial Start: Thursday, December 5th, 2024.
  • Program Trial End: Tuesday, March 4th, 2025.

It is expected that applicants delegates uphold significant levels of participations, consisting of:

  • Keeping a minimum of 80% participation rate in votings
  • Informing the community of 100% of the voting rationales and decisions within their Delegate Thread in a 7-day window after the end of each voting.
