Gm, @SEEDGov, thanks for this detailed report on the state of the DAO. I have seen multiple attempts from the community in the past [1] and [2]with varying levels of success.
It seems it’s time for the DAO to take meaningful action and drive the governance ball rolling. We are observing a common trend in mature DAOs where professional delegate groups host the governance activities, so a delegate Framework will make sense, as we could see more engagement. As mentioned in the forum, I don’t think we should comp per vote but rather the entire governance activity.
The number of proposals we saw in 2024 is alarmingly low, so I might save elaborate proposals like treasury management frameworks/ committees for later. DAOs generally follow this path once they have mature processes established.
